1. For *.my domain registration, please fax a copy of your company’s Borang D or Borang 9 to our office at +(603) 7803 1181. Please remember to quote your domain name in your fax. For enquiries, please email info@modzasolutions.com.

2. For org.my domain registration, please enclose a Letter of Endorsement from Government Ministry.

3. For edu.my domain registration, please enclose a Request Letter from School Principal (Public School) with school letterhead or Endorsement Letter from Ministry of Education (Private School).

4. For gov.my domain registration, please send a Request Letter from Director of the Government Ministry.

5. For .name.my and other domain registration, please send a copy of Identification Card.
