TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1. Do you offer 24-hour 7-day a week technical support?
  We checked our email boxes every hour throughout the day, all week long and 24/7. Our response team is commited to provide response within 3 hours from the time the email is received. This is to ensure all technical problem our clients are having are being resolved earliest possible.
2. Is the technical support provided free of charge?
  The technical support is provided FREE OF CHARGE to our clients. Our technical team will be able to provide assistance in terms of instruction and procedures to resolve the problem. Any additional assistance such as scripting, trouble-shooting will be charged separately. Please contact us to know the fee structure for this type of technical assistance.
3. Who should I contact during emergency?
  In case of emergency, please immediately contact our HOTLINE - 0192214070 via voice or SMS. We shall response to your needs as soon as possible. However, rest assure that our technical team is already working to resolve the problem if the emergency is due to our Data Center.
   
BILLING QUESTIONS
1. What currency are your rates listed in?
  Our rates are all in the Ringgit Malaysia for our Malaysian customer only. For the rest of the world, the US$ rates shall apply.
2. What is the billing schedule?
  Our billing is based on annual basis - every 365 days.
3. How do I pay my invoice?
  Payment can be made via Maybank2u.com, CIMBClicks.com, Bank in at ATM for Malaysian customers. For international customers, payment can be made via Wire Transfer (for example, Western Union).
4. What happens if I don't pay for my account?
  We have the absolute discretion to suspend your account, block your website and delete all of your files on the webserver. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment of any outstanding balance in your account.
5. Do you accept PayPal or Credit Card?
  At this point we do not provide any facilities for Credit Card or Pay Pal payment online. However, we may provide this service in the future if we see there is a demand to do so.
6. Do you accept wire-transfer or money order?
  Yes we do accept wire transfer direct to our account. The activation will only be done upon clearance of the amount into our account.
7. Who do I contact to dispute any charges?
  In the event of there is a dispute on the charges or payment made, please kindly contact our support at support@modzasolutions.com.
8. What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or disk space quota?
  If this happens, your website will be inaccessible by the public. However, we will be contacting you to offer possible options such as bandwidth extension/purchase. No extra charges will be imposed without official approval from your side.
9. Does it cost anything to upgrade my web hosting account?
  You will need to top up the difference in charges between the packages. There will be no pro-rata applied on the lapsed period.
   
WEB DESIGN QUESTIONS
1. What is a Static web page?
  Static web page is a web page which does not require any interaction and processing script execution in order to display the web page to the public. This type of web page will consist of merely text which can only be edited manually offline.
2. What is a Dynamic web page?
  A Dynamic web page is a web page which is able to receive information entered by a visitor on a web page and process the information for a specific purpose. It requires programming and script to be executed on the server or sometimes connection to database in order to extract certain information to be displayed online.
3. What are included in your web design packages?
  The charges applied are inclusive of the layout design, graphic design, testing, upload, trouble-shooting of the web pages. It does not include the content intended for the website as this is most likely to be provided by the clients themselves.
4. What do you mean by "No Hidden Cost"?
  The charges applied is the total cost to you in order to have a complete workable website online. There will no extra charges imposed to upload or setup or trouble-shooting at the server. You are also allowed to modify the draft design as many times as you like until you are happy with the final design - at no extra cost!
5. How long does it take to complete a website?
  As a rule of thumb, our programmers and web designers are able to come up with a draft design within a week upon confirmed receipt of cash deposit.
6. What do I have to provide to you in order to start the design work?
  Normally, we will sit down and discuss with you to get your expectation and specific purpose of your website. Upon getting the right information, our team will be able to come up with the first draft design.
7. What is the payment process like and how is this related to the progress of work?
  We would require a confirmation of order and a sum deposit from you before our team can start work. Upon receiving these items, our team will provide a design draft within a week or so. You may comment and request for amendments on the design draft until you are happy with the final design. Before we upload the final design to your server, a full payment is required.
   
HOSTING SERVER QUESTIONS
1. Do you host adults, erotic, warez, serialz websites?
  No. We strongly do not support these kind of websites. If we find out that you are hosting this type of website on our server, we have the right to inactivate the website and delete the entire content of the website without any prior notice.
2. Can I host a MP3 website for upload by visitors?
  We do not support an MP3 websites as it will affect our bandwidth performance adversely.
3. Can I host a Buletin Board or Forum website?
  Yes, you can host Buletin Board and Forum website.
4. How do I install SSL certificate?
  The SSL certificate is only supported by a Dedicated Hosting Package. Please kindly contact us for a quotation for this hosting plan.
5. How do I access my Control Panel?
  The procedure to access your Control Panel is described in our activation email sent to you upon successfully subscription of our service. Please refer to that email or alternatively, contact support@modzasolutions.com for detailed information.
6. What version of PHP are you using?
  At the moment, we are using PHP 4.3.4. Updates are done regularly on our server.
7. Can I run PHP with CGI mode?
  Yes, in addition to the default mod_php processing unit we also have the php executable installed on all our servers. If you wish to run PHP as CGI, start you script with following:

DOMAIN QUESTIONS

1. How do I transfer my domain?
  If you are transferring a domain to Internet WebHosting then you need to update the nameserver records on the domain to the nameservers mentioned in your activation email. Nameservers are required to point your domain to the correct location, failure to update the nameserver records will result in your domain pointing elsewhere. To update your nameserver records contact your domain registrar or the company responsible for purchasing your domain.
2. What nameservers should I use?
  Nameservers/DNS are always mentioned in our account activation email. Please refer to the email.
3. Can you setup and register a domain for me?
  Yes, we can do that for your FREE OF CHARGE. Please email us the details and we can do it for you within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.
4. Do you support international domains?
  Yes, we do support international domain names. However, the registration of the international domain names will have to be done by you.
5. Can I park my domain to your server?
  Yes, you may park domain names to your server. However, please observe the limit of the parked domain names allowed.
6. Is there any limit to the number of domains I can park?
  Please refer to the web hosting plans that you are subscribing. Or please contact support@modzasolutions.com for detail info.
7. How do I add a parked domain name to my account?
  Log into your control panel and select 'Park Domains' and then enter the domain name (without the www.) and then click Add. Our servers will now be ready to accept the domain name, you just need to register the domain name and/or change the nameservers to our servers
